Contact

Questions about a plan, a payment, or an order? Message us and a real person will reply — no bots, no phone tree. We answer 7 days a week and aim to come back to you the same day.

If it is about an existing plan, include the email you signed up with and we will pull it up before we reply.

Managing an existing plan is faster in your account. At my.laybyusa.com you can raise or lower your payment, move it to a different day, take a break and skip one payment — without waiting on a reply. To cancel, email contact@laybyusa.com with your order number.
